- Balance and coordination activities
- Functional movement and transfers
- Endurance and conditioning
- Patient education and home exercise programs
- Activities designed to improve confidence and independence

What You'll Do
Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will:
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to meet each patient's goals
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate physical therapy interventions
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Assist with mobility, gait, balance, strength, and endurance training
- Monitor patient responses and communicate changes in condition to the supervising PT
- Document treatments and patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress
- Collaborate with PTs, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Help create an encouraging environment where patients feel supported and motivated
- Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable California regulations and facility policies
