This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care during overnight shifts. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN License (Arizona or Compact State License preferred)
- Current BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Med/Surg experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients during overnight shifts
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
