MEDICAL LAB TECHNOLOGIST (MLT/MT) – GENERALIST – BETHANY, MO - URGENT

Assignment Details

  • Shift: Nights
  • Schedule: 4×10-hour shifts
  • Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours/week
  • Pay: $44–$45/hour
  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,672–$1,710/week
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Holiday Requirement: Must work Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day as part of the assignment commitment

Laboratory / Clinical Details

  • Generalist Medical Laboratory Technologist
  • Hospital laboratory setting
  • No Microbiology
  • Requires basic Blood Bank experience
  • Phlebotomy: Minimal, but required
  • Must be comfortable with Quality Control
  • Must be able to task and time-manage independently
  • LIS/EMR: Meditech Expanse
  • No middleware currently

  • Sysmex 550 & 350
  • Vitros 7600
  • Siemens CS-2500
  • Cepheid
  • Gel card Blood Bank
  • Clinitek Status UA

Requirements

  • AMT or ASCP certification
  • MLT or MT credential
  • Generalist laboratory experience
  • Basic Blood Bank experience
  • Phlebotomy skills
  • Quality control experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple laboratory tasks efficiently
