- Drive personal sales and growth targets through active pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs for visibility.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance milestones.
- Prospect and qualify leads to fill the territory pipeline weekly.
- Execute data-driven outreach with measurable contact and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to convert opportunities into revenue.
- Continuously learn and apply best practices to improve win rate.
- Prepare and present progress updates to stakeholders on demand.
- Leverage territory insights to identify high-potential segments.
- Adhere to company growth mindset, seeking development and advancement opportunities.
- Demonstrate accountability for individual outcomes within a team environment.
- Represent the company professionally in on-site client interactions.
- Proven track record in personal sales with pipeline management.
