Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal work outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status regularly.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient record management.
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient care.
- Proficiency in monitoring and documenting patient health status.
- Ability to administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Strong communication skills for patient and family interactions.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient care policies.
