Job Description

As an LNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and dignity for our residents and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight)
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and safety equipment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and ethical standards of care
- Current LNA license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification (current and valid)
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of LNA experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Reliable transportation and ability to commit to the full 17-week contract
