What You’ll Do
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
- Assist with activities of daily living and patient education
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Current Maine LPN license
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in long-term care, acute care, or outpatient settings is a plus
