- Locum Tenens (Physicians)
- Advanced Practice (NPs, PAs, CRNAs)
- Travel Nursing
- Allied Health
Key Responsibilities
- Run a full 360 recruitment desk (business development recruiting)
- Source, recruit, and place candidates across Locum, Advanced Practice, Nursing, and Allied
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and healthcare professionals
- Understand and negotiate travel packages, bill rates, and margins
- Manage submittals, placements, and pipeline activity
- Collaborate on onboarding, credentialing, and compliance
- Drive consistent placements and revenue growth
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience working a 360 desk (client candidate side) preferred
- Exposure to Locum Tenens, Advanced Practice, Nursing, or Allied Health
- Understanding of travel pay packages, margins, and negotiations
- Strong communication, sales, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
- Recruiters who are flexible and able to work across multiple verticals
- Individuals willing to learn, grow, and expand their skillset

- Those who prefer uncapped earning potential over a fixed salary
