Customer Implementation Leadership
- Lead 3–5 customer implementations simultaneously
- Manage projects from kickoff through go-live
- Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track implementation progress and outcomes
- Serve as the primary non-technical point of contact
- Build relationships with healthcare executives and stakeholders
- Conduct kickoff meetings and weekly status calls
- Coordinate communications across customer teams
- Manage multiple implementation workstreams
- Monitor timelines and project risks
- Drive successful customer onboarding
- Ensure projects launch on schedule
- Build and improve implementation playbooks
- Develop scalable operational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience

Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Consulting
- Customer implementation
- Project management
- Customer success
- B2B SaaS operations
- High-growth startup experience (Series A–D)
- Top-tier consulting experience (MBB or similar)
- Healthcare or Health-Tech implementation experience
- Experience leading software implementations
- Experience managing customer onboarding projects
- Understanding of:
- APIs
- AI/LLMs
- Technical documentation
- SaaS platforms
- Must reside in New York City
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week
- U.S. work authorization required
- O-1 and TN visa holders accepted
