Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab RN for an ASAP-start 13-week assignment in Tucson, AZ. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a high-acuity environment and has strong experience with interventional and electrophysiology procedures. Responsibilities

• Circulate and monitor during Cath Lab procedures
• Assist with STEMI, high-risk cardiac interventions, and advanced equipment such as Impella, IABP, and Anari
• Support Electrophysiology (EP) and Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care throughout procedures
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergent cases within required time frames
  
  

Requirements

• Active RN license
• ACLS & BLS required
• Experience:
• Preferably 3 years Cath Lab RN experience (will consider less)
• Must have circulating and monitoring experience
• Familiarity with STEMI protocols, Impella, IABP, Anari, EP, and IR
• Preferred:
• Electrophysiology experience
• Interventional Radiology experience
• Experienced traveler
  

Patient Ratio

• Typically 3:1
  
  

On-Call Requirements

• 7–9 call shifts per month, including one weekend
• Must be able to respond within 30 minutes for STEMI call
• Opportunity to pick up additional call if desired
