Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Torrance CA 90501Duration: 3 MonthsPay: $24.25/hr. on w2 Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal and external customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries via e-mail, telephone calls and live chat, entering orders, entering and processing return authorizations, processing change requests, maintaining the customer master file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately and completing other administrative support tasks.Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities and Required Interactions:• Enter orders, change requests, return authorizations and expedite requests in CRM system.• Answer customer requests via email and/or telephone professionally and in a timely manner, such as providing estimated time of arrival (ETAs), assistance with billing issues, and escalating when applicable.• Maintaining the customer master file, processing changes requests and return authorizations in ERP system• Stay informed about updates to policies, products, and services.• Using critical thinking skills to devise solutions for customers and following up to ensure concerns are resolved.• Perform other job-related duties as assigned and office administrative tasksRequired Qualifications:1. Proven experience in customer service2. Experience with managing multiple projects.3. Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.4. Competent with Excel and Word5. Ability to work in a cross-functional cross-country team environment.6. Ability to manage self and tasks in an appropriate manner7. Excellent organizational and administrative skills8. Attention to detail.9. A calm and analytical approach to problem solving.10. Willingness to work as part of a team11.
