Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Will see a variety of diagnoses across ED, Inpatient and Outpatient areas

- Teaching Hospital
- Chest Pain Center
- Stroke Center
- Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

- All modalities will require photo ID collected during compliance process
- BLS is required for all; NC State Licensure is not required
- Rad Tech: BLS; ARRT(R)
- CT Tech: BLS; ARRT(R) (CT)
- Dual Modality CT/DX: BLS; ARRT (R)(CT)
- MRI Tech: BLS; ARRT(R) or NMTCB, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT
- US Tech: BLS; ARDMS (no specific anatomy cert required) or ARRT
- Nuc Med Tech: BLS; ARRT-N or NMTCB
Support within the Department: Nursing, Transport
Technology/Equipment:
- EMR: EPIC
- Department specific Equipment: Siemens, Client
Orientation (facility and unit):
- NEO online courses
- 3-5 days departmental depending on modality
- Weekend rotation: depends on position discussed during interview
- Call Required: Depends on modality discussed during interview
- Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays
- RTO: Manager approval
- Shift times: Varies with modality. This will be listed on the e-form request
- Schedule cycle: every 4 weeks
- Scrub Color: Black scrubs
- Parking: Free
