Job Title :-Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
Location:-Quincy MA (Hybrid)
Duration:-4 Months Contract(With Possibility of extension)
The Sr.QA will assist in the testing activities for the current eligibility mainframe system, supporting integrated services, and the MA21 AWS Cloud rehosting project in support of the One Health Initiative. The analyst will design and develop test cases and execute them using manual and automated methods. The Sr.QA will conduct requirements analysis, develop day-over-day test metric reporting, and review test cases and scenarios to ensure software compliance. They will also work closely with the Test Manager to oversee the day-to-day test execution, defect tracking, reporting results, and facilitate daily status calls.
Required Skills:
- Fundamental Cloud knowledge, AWS, Azure.
- Broad knowledge of testing approaches and techniques for certifying software acceptance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams, providing relevant system analysis services.
- Highly analytical skills and the ability to independently analyze test results. Confidence in making decisions and recommendations.
- Experienced in reviewing the work of business analysts and subject matter experts, ensuring well-defined requirements contribute to defined functional use cases.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams, providing relevant system analysis services.
- Strong MS Office skills, including MS Project.
- Experience working with JIRA or similar management tracking tools.
- AWS Certifications.
- Proven track record working on IBM Mainframes.
- Experience working with Selenium.
- Experience with automation and executing automated test cases.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience in black-box, white-box, functional, smoke, and regression testing.
- Prior experience in healthcare or government setting desired.
