Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Position Description: 

• 12H nights, 7p-7:30a. 36H/week.
• MA license required at time of submission.
• NRP, BLS-AHA.
• Recently renovated L&D unit (2025) with: 10 upgraded Labor/Delivery/Recovery rooms. Delivers roughly 2600 anually. Modern equipment, improved lighting, and updated furnishings. Private LDR rooms where patients labor, deliver, and recover initially.
• Rooms include: Private bathroom shower, Space for support person overnight, TV and amenities.
• Hydrotherapy labor tub available to support comfort and reduce need for interventions.
• Encourages immediate skin-to-skin contact and early bonding.
• Rooming-in model (baby stays with parent) to promote bonding and breastfeeding success. Offers nitrous oxide, epidurals (24/7), and multiple pain management options.
• They operate a Level IIB Special Care Nursery (SCN). No locals.

Must be separated from BILH for 6 months and be in good standing, to be considered. (perm, per diem, contract)
