Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Analyst will support the business in working together with operations, transportation and supplier resolving product returns on quality related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Create MNCs and PNCs to partner 3PL for in-house defects.
• Responsible for acquiring and reviewing right first-time pass data from partner 3PL operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage Quality Hold & stock check requests related to Quality defects.
• Create return authorization to enable re-stocking of carrier return parts.
• Ensure timely and accurate information flow between 3PL and claims team on returns to enable credit to customers.
• Manages transportation claims working with inbound operations and transportation teams.
• Communicate supplier defects from customer sites to site supplier quality team.
  
  

Any college degree or 5 plus years of similar experience is preferred.
