Attention to detail and accuracy is extremely important for this role
This role will work in a team setting, with a shared mailbox which includes the responsibilities of working directly with Sales teams and other internal partners on their inquiries and requests. Provide updates to Sales regarding the status of each request and complete each request in a timely manner.
Assist team with monthly financial requests from vendors. Including, but not limited to, compiling data for external audits and downloading data from partner portals.
Perform daily entry of deviated agreement information ensuring accuracy and meeting required SLA.
Assist team with running and compiling monthly invoices and usage reports. Ensuring accuracy and following all audit controls.
At least 1-2 years of experience
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must for this role
Required Program Knowledge: Excel - Microsoft Office
Preferred: Microsoft Access
4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
