***Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing non-resident DE: In person fingerprints are required. T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point***
START DATE: ASAP for scheduled orientation
MODALITY: LPN TYPE OFJOB ORDER: TRAVEL
REQUIREMENTS: Home Health and Oasis
CANCEL POLICY: 14 day notice
Pay Cycle - WEEKLY PAY
# of WEEKS: 13 SHIFT/HOURS: M-F, 8D GWW: 40 Weekend requirements:
LPNs will work 2 Saturdays every 3-4 weeks
LICENSE: DE Coverage area: up to 60 mile radius
