Administration - Interviewer, Ins Risk

• The Bilingual Life Insurance Interview Specialist conducts outbound telephone interviews with life insurance applicants to obtain detailed medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories.
• The role ensures accurate documentation, quality review, and professional communication with applicants and client companies.

• Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants to complete structured interviews
• Gather and verify medical, financial, occupational, and lifestyle history information
• Review and edit collected information for quality assurance during interviews
• Document call attempts, results, and interview details in call management systems
• Utilize C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya phone system
• Follow client-specific interview and compliance requirements
• Respond professionally to client, staff, and management requests
• Adhere to company safety and compliance policies

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
• Strong phone communication and interviewing skills
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation ability
• Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls

• Call center, healthcare support, insurance interviewing, or documentation-heavy roles
• Experience handling confidential medical or financial information
