Schedule: Part-Time (22 Hours Per Week)

We are seeking a Service Scheduling Administrator to support a large-scale field operations organization responsible for coordinating service technicians and responding to customer needs across a multi-state service territory. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely after completing onsite training in Charlotte, NC.
What You'll DoAs a Service Scheduling Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring field personnel are assigned efficiently while helping support customer service operations and emergency response activities.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule, route, and adjust workloads for field service personnel based on operational needs.
- Coordinate service appointments and company-committed work assignments.
- Support technicians and field personnel by providing scheduling assistance and operational guidance.
- Answer inbound calls from technicians, first responders, and customers.
- Research and resolve scheduling issues, service concerns, and operational inquiries.
- Monitor workforce activity and make real-time adjustments as priorities change.
- Document actions accurately within internal systems.
- Utilize sound judgment to prioritize requests and support emergency response activities.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely completion of service commitments.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, workforce management, customer service, operations support, or a related field.
- MUST have Experience working within SAP and C4C Mobility environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Utility, energy, field services, telecommunications, transportation, logistics, or service operations experience.
- Experience supporting field technicians or mobile workforces.
- Prior dispatching or workforce scheduling experience.
This position supports operations that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Required availability includes:
- Weekends: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Holidays: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
While the position is part-time with a minimum expectation of 22 hours per week, additional hours may be available based on business needs and candidate availability.
TrainingCandidates must be able to attend onsite training in Charlotte, NC.
Training Details:
- Five days per week onsite during the training period
- Training location: North Charlotte Operations Center
Following successful completion of training, the position transitions to a remote work environment.
