Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Room Clerk to support daily mail operations within a fast-paced healthcare services environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sensitive patient and provider documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments
• Prepare and process outgoing mail, including certified and overnight shipments
• Scan, upload, and index documents into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Handle sensitive healthcare documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Maintain organized records of mail logs and tracking information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and processing of documents
• Support general administrative tasks as needed within operations
