- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring MVC
- Solid Java development experience
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Experience working with continuous integration (CI) tools and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and solve problems
