Job Description:

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to internal employees and contractors. You’ll handle software installations, hardware troubleshooting, and new hire equipment setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and laptop support (Windows 10/11 & Mac OS).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Perform laptop deployment, imaging, and migrations.
  • Support Cisco equipment and Apple devices.
  • Assist with new hire setups in Charlotte.
  • Deliver excellent customer support.

Qualifications:

  • Ops support and IT troubleshooting experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Mac OS.
  • Experience with Apple equipment and Cisco support.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Salary : $18 - $20
