We're partnering with a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join its growing team in Los Angeles.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle.
- Process customer orders accurately while ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance to proactively resolve customer inquiries and order issues.
- Provide customers with order updates, shipping information, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate returns (RMAs), customer cases, and issue resolution from start to finish.
- Generate quotes and assist customers with pricing, product availability, and order inquiries.
- Monitor inventory and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize customer needs.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and support business growth.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Customer Operations, Sales Support, Account Coordination, or Order Management within a B2B environment.
- Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
