This role sits at the intersection of controls engineering, data analytics, field operations, and product innovation. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful system deployment, maximizing site performance, and driving continuous product improvement.

This is an opportunity to directly impact energy production outcomes while working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Software, R&D, EPC partners, and customers.

What You'll Do

System Deployment & Optimization

  • Analyze drone flight data and system performance metrics to optimize control strategies and maximize energy yield.

Technical Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

  • Own issue identification, tracking, and resolution through full closure.
  • Drive major bug fixes, feature enhancements, and system improvements in collaboration with Engineering, Software, and Product teams.
  • Provide structured field feedback to accelerate automation initiatives and improve control tools.

Cross-Functional & External Engagement

  • Serve as the technical interface with customers and EPC partners during planning, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate global internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure flawless execution across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Support development and performance management of drone and sensor service providers, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and cost control.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to ensure deployment excellence and performance optimization.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement Business System Intelligence initiatives to improve KPIs, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support performance evaluations and maintain oversight of contractual performance obligations and associated payment milestones.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Control Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Engineering or a similar technical deployment/field engineering role preferred.
  • Experience in Controls Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or Data Analytics is a plus.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and solution design capabilities.
  • Experience with control systems, performance modeling, automation, or RPA is highly desirable.
