System Architecture, Electrification & Controls
- Own electrical and controls at the system level for electro mechanical machines, including requirements, architectures, interfaces, diagnostics, and verification plans.
- Architect, select, and integrate system components (motors, inverters, batteries, chargers, sensors, switches, and harnesses) to meet performance, durability, manufacturability, safety, and cost targets.
- Develop and tune controls systems for machine applications, including motors, actuators, and power-stage electronics.
Firmware / Software & Model Based Engineering
- Design and implement embedded control functionality for motors and machines (including C/C , RTOS, and state based architectures) in collaboration with firmware/software teams.
- Support development with model based tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW) to develop control algorithms, simulations, and HIL/SIL environments that support rapid development and validation.
Electro Mechanical Integration & Prototyping
- Lead hands on prototyping, instrumentation, and integration of electrical, mechanical, and software systems to evaluate concepts and mature designs.
- Identify emerging technologies, develop innovative concepts and product proposals aimed at meeting targeted market requirements or addressing distinct customer challenges.
