Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

Your role will focus on delivering high-value asset allocation through structured engineering workflows while continuing to develop your project managementexpertise.
Your Impact
- Lead the execution of capital investment projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, Finance, EHS, and RQI to ensure project success.
- Manage external relationships with equipment vendors, contractors, engineering service providers, and regulatory agencies.
- Implement structured engineering processes to meet projectobjectivesfor cost, schedule, and performance.
- Provideaccurateproject planning, reporting, and spending forecasts.
- Travel approximately 10% to company locations, vendors, suppliers, and other sites as needed.
- BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in food manufacturing and foodprocesssystem design.
- Experience in project engineering and execution.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles in engineering design.
- Proven ability to translate project requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing experiencerequired.
