Job Summary
With limited oversight, ensure the technical integrity, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform, including Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Backup and Restore, and Archive, to support constituent management, conservation programs, and donor engagement. Provide strategic oversight for system configuration, complex integrations, automation, and governance, collaborating with the Technology & Innovation division and cross functional teams to deliver a robust, mission-critical platform. Perform other duties as required.

Maintain Salesforce standard connectors and integrations with tools like Tableau, DocuSign, Stripe, Marketing Cloud, Ticketure and Intacct.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience; preferred in-depth course of study in computer science
- Required: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder
- 5-7 years of Salesforce experience
- Expertise in complex integrations and automation
- Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CRM or Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud required
- A passion for sustainability, applying eco-friendly practices like resource-efficient cloud configurations to align with our mission.
- Excellent at completing assigned tasks; attention to detail, and has a high value for quality deliverables
- Ability to maintain the highest level of security for confidential data
- Demonstrates personal accountability, leadership, teamwork and initiative
- Able to self-assess progress and reach out to supervisor or other engineers for assistance as needed
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations

$107,500-$137,000 USD annually. Starting rate will vary based on previous experience and relevant skills/knowledge set.
