Responsibilities
- Support the local sales team by analyzing customers' requirements, guiding product evaluations, creating proof of concepts, and building successful technical sales strategies
- Conduct product presentations for individual customers, at public seminars, or via web
- Develop demonstrations and application examples that illustrate how the capabilities of MathWorks software fit to our customers' needs
- Identify new business areas by conducting market and account research
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
- Demonstrated experience in/with Simulink
- Due to the nature of the clients being served, US citizenship is required for this position.
- Significant experience in Model-Based Design using tools such as Simulink
- Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills
- Desire to work directly with customers and an affinity for business development
- Familiarity with common design workflows in aerospace, defense, and/or the US government
- Experience in high integrity embedded software systems, specifically in C/C
- A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
