Position Overview
The Manager, Digital Marketing & Strategy supports cross franchise digital and partner marketing efforts across the Global Digital & Social ecosystem. Serving as a key marketing and operational contributor, this role helps translate franchise priorities and partner objectives into actionable digital and marketing plans, campaign frameworks, and executional support across owned and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and evolving digital and partner marketing intake and support processes, helping to assess inbound requests and ensure alignment with franchise priorities, channel strategies, and available bandwidth.
- Support crossfranchise digital and partner marketing campaign planning, animation, including brief development, timelines, partner coordination, and postcampaign recaps.
- Develop marketingfocused decks, frameworks, and narratives to support campaign reviews, partner discussions, prioritization decisions, and leadership updates.
- Support timely performance tracking and reporting across digital, social, CRM, and partner marketing campaigns, helping translate results into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with crossfunctional stakeholder groups to support integrated marketing efforts and digital special projects.
- Help to export learnings and best practices across franchises (i.e., partner intake systems, workflows, campaign opportunities).
- Contribute to business operations and executional support efforts, including roadmap tracking, meeting preparation, and followups tied to active digital initiatives.
- Support procurement, legal, and vendor workflows related to partner marketing and digital initiatives as needed.
- 6 years; Campaign planning execution experience; Social Media and email engagement in previous experience.
- Deck Building experience and Presentation Skills
- 6 years; Wrap Reports, Data-driven Insights.
- Experience working Cross-Functionally with other Stakeholder Groups
- Prioritization, Organization, Communication, and Project Management experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital and partner marketing ecosystems, campaign planning, and performance measurement required.
- Familiarity with major digital platforms and marketing formats (e.g., Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CRM, partner and platform activations) required.
- Experience supporting cross franchise or multi brand marketing efforts and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external partners required.
- Prior experience in entertainment, media, or IP-driven environments strongly preferred.
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative campaign data into clear insights, recommendations, and partnerready materials required.
- Proven experience developing marketing decks, frameworks, and written narratives for crossfunctional and leadership audiences required.
