Marketing Manager

Our large entertainment client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns for entertainment properties and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills who can oversee cross-platform creative, guide media placements, manage agency relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns that engage audiences.

The Basics

  • Duration: 5 months
  • Hours: Full-time; approximately 40 hours per week
  • Location: Hybrid; requires on-site presence in Atlanta

Top 3 Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in consumer marketing, with proven success in leading integrated, large-scall campaigns; agency experience preferred.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including organizing events, calendar and vendor management and being capable of handling multiple projects with shifting timelines and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners for execution of media campaigns.

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Social media savvy with a passion for entertainment and cultural trends
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to provide strategic insights
  • Strong copywriting and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Photoshop or graphic design experience is a plus
  • Experience in TV marketing is highly desirable
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including promotional strategy and media placements
  • Manage cross-platform creative development and collaborate with internal teams across brand, social, digital, PR, and operations
  • Lead agency relationships and day-to-day communication with stakeholders
  • Develop marketing collateral, proof materials, and ensure timely distribution
  • Strategize and execute media support campaigns, including briefs and fulfillment
  • Traffic creative assets and fulfill internal/external requests for materials
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets for assigned properties
  • Recap campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future initiatives

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
