What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of global marketing events from concept to completion
- Work with event technology tools to manage attendee lists, track engagement, and support reporting
- Assist with sponsorship coordination, vendor communication, and on-the-ground logistics
- Help keep event timelines on track by coordinating tasks and following up with stakeholders
- Analyze event performance and contribute to post-event reports that highlight insights and opportunities
- Collaborate with content, social media, and demand generation teams to help promote events and drive attendance
- Research new and creative ways to increase event engagement, both virtual and in-person
- Stay on top of event marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in event marketing and curiosity about how events drive brand awareness and business growth
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Cvent, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel and support onsite events when needed
- Gain hands-on experience working on global events that reach thousands of people
