The Expertise And Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8 years of experience working in financial services or a similarly complex environment in a planning, marketing operations, project management, business operations, or consulting capacity
- Knowledge of marketing content production or other regulated, dataintensive, technologydriven production environments preferred
- Proven ability to lead complex, crossfunctional initiatives from discovery through implementation; highly organized project manager who thrives in fastpaced environments with shifting priorities
- Experience building and maintaining models to forecast capacity, resourcing, and output
- Proficiency in defining performance metrics, building dashboards and reporting, and establishing underlying processes to ensure data accuracy and insight generation
- A fast learner with the ability to quickly master new domains, diagnose operational issues and business requirements, and propose practical solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence across diverse stakeholder groups
- Skilled in Excel and data manipulation tools (pivot tables, formulas) and comfortable interpreting operational data to drive decisionmaking
- Skilled in PowerPoint and able to translate complex operational and planning concepts into clear, organized findings and recommendations
- Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with enthusiasm for enhancing processes, strengthening capabilities, and improving team efficiency
