As the Deputy Mission SEIT IPT Lead/CAM, you will report to the MSEIT IPT Lead for all Active RF programs in Space Systems - Baltimore and lead the MSEIT organization for one of the portfolio's programs for a next-gen Space RADAR. The Mission SEIT team is responsible for the:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for all mission elements, including ground system tasking and processing, RADAR payload, Space Vehicle (bus), and on-orbit operations to innovate and improve mission capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of aerospace innovation, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in space technology.
You will also be responsible for the Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties, including monitoring spending rate, organizing 3-month increment planning across the MSEIT team, supervising task milestone progress, and weekly reporting of quantifiable backup data (QBD).

- System Level Performance Analysis

- System I&T and End-to-End Test
- On-Orbit Vehicle Checkout

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) curriculum with 12 years relevant experience; 10 years with MS Degree; 7 years with PhD
- System Requirements Development and Verification
- Mission Systems Engineering Experience
- 5 years of Technical Team Leadership Experience
- Full Program Life-cycle Experience
- Cost Account Management Experience
- Experience with Atlassian Tools, including Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Git, etc.
- United States Citizenship
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access and Polygraph.
- BS or MS in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineer
- Experience with ESA (Electronically Scanned Array) Antennas, RADARs, and Space Sensor System Payloads for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Targeting Missions
Salary : $169,000 - $253,600
