This role partners closely with Operations, Aftermarket, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure our business systems effectively support project execution, service, parts, and post-installation support. In this role, you will work across a variety of interconnected systems to translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions that enable efficiency and visibility in a highly custom automation environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience supporting business systems in an operations, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts between business teams and IT
- Experience working with ERP (Jobscope), CRM (Salesforce), service management, or related enterprise systems
- Experience working with data reporting and analytics systems (Incorta).
- Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and process improvements
- Proficiency with office computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience working in a custom, engineer-to-order, or project-based manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience integrating AI driven processes and solutions into business process
