5 years of experience in a technology delivery team as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
3 years as a Business Analyst driving a minimum of five concurrent technology deliverable projects of varying sizes.
Required experience with delivery of systems/applications in the Agile environment, including various Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and retrospectives.
Candidate must be proven as a confident and creative problem-solver who can drive interaction with resources as well as working independently to research and resolve issues.
Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently, with a willingness to learn without being reluctant to ask questions of either business or technology partners.
Hands on experience in delivering technical solutions, including the coordination of end-to-end project deliveries from requirement gathering through testing
Requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios
Demonstrable experience providing subject matter expertise within the technical (and some business) domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
Experience agile development teams comprised of developers, scrum masters, analysts, product owners, testers
Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, ALM for requirements and SDLC, knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements, and issue tracking
