McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a Business Process Lead to support McKesson Brands in the Richmond, VA area. The McKesson Brands business drives the development and purchasing of medical-surgical products from international and domestic suppliers on behalf of McKesson Medical Surgical in the US, and other businesses with distribution outside of the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing rep cost for full McKesson Brands product portfolio, including quarterly adjustments

Partnering with McKesson Brands commercialization and Value Management on costing and pricing decisions

Align on product costing impact on rep cost costs with Cost Management and Sourcing

Serve as key contact for business on Rep Cost

Perform analysis to ensure the competitiveness of McKesson Products in overall portfolio

Create rep cost for new products as part of project business case

Improve dashboards and performance transparency

Partner with Business Process on routine product category calibration

Introduce new automation and productivity enhancements

Other ad hoc analysis / reporting as required

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications:

Education/Training

Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

Excellent communication skills, oral and written

Excellent attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex written and numeric information

Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish goals in a challenging environment

Excellent organizational and time management skills coupled with flexible approach to working hours

Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability to translate analytics to business agenda

Technical Proficiency

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

SQL capabilities

Experience with Power BI

$95,300 - $158,800
