Our client, a well-known beauty brand, is looking for a freelance Brand Manager to work on their Influencer / Affiliate Marketing team. This is for 4-5 months.
This is a hybrid onsite / remote role (3 days onsite 2 days remote) at their Stamford, CT office. Commutable by train from NYC Grand Central Station - about 40 minutes

The Freelance Brand Manager Will
- oversee influencer marketing, affiliate programs / TikTok shop, and ratings / reviews (shape strategy, manage agencies/creators, and drive social commerce demand)
- build / manage creator strategy across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- lead day-to-day agency management (sourcing / contracting, content reviews, usage rights, etc.)
- partner with organic social to ensure content is on-brand and optimized for paid / owned channels
- own TikTok shop affiliate strategy and define KPI's across programs
- ideally 6 years of experience in brand marketing (beauty / CPG experience preferred) and deep knowledge of influencer strategy, and creator / affiliate marketing
- experience managing agencies, and driving measurable ROI
- hands-on experience with TikTok shop, or similar affiliate programs
- strong analytical skills, and ability to track earned media to sales
