Our major toy/gaming client is seeking an Associate Manager, Global Consumer Marketing to support the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives within the Toys and Games category. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to help bring brand strategies to life across markets, channels, and consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator with solid project management skills, a passion for consumer-driven marketing, and experience supporting global brand campaigns.
The Basics
Duration: 9 month assignment
Hours per Week: approximately 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid; on-site presence required in Boston, MA on a regular basis
Top 3 Required Qualifications
Experience in global or multi-market marketing environments
Strong written and visual communication skills, including presentation development
Familiarity with consumer insights, trend monitoring, and competitive analysis
Comfort using emerging tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance creative development and efficiency
Experience within toys, games, entertainment, or consumer products is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer insights
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, reporting insights back to the team to inform strategy and keep brands current
- Liaise with cross-functional partners including Product, Franchise, Retail, PR, Media, and Social to support cohesive campaign execution
- Own key components of project execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time delivery
- Develop compelling presentation materials for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Equip internal teams and external partners with brand tools and assets, including toolkits, guidelines, and updates, to drive consistent global execution
- Manage and execute product sample distribution for influencers and partners, ensuring timely delivery aligned with campaign needs
- Leverage emerging tools, including AI, to enhance creative development, efficiency, and overall marketing effectiveness
