Our financial client is seeking an Account Manager to join their team for a hybrid role in Austin, TX.
This role supports a high-performing in-house creative team by helping manage marketing initiatives across digital and owned channels. The Account Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, ensure deliverables align with marketing objectives, and help guide work from intake through completion.

The Basics
- Duration: 6 month assignment
- Hours: Full-time; approximately 40 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or project coordination
- Experience supporting marketing or creative projects across digital channels
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, UX, or tech preferred)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Jira, Monday, or similar)
- Exposure to digital marketing campaigns or content development
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare) is a plus
- Agency or in-house creative team experience is preferred but not required
- Support the execution of marketing projects across digital and owned channels
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project workflows from intake through completion
- Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, UX, technology, and program management
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with marketing stakeholders
- Help track project progress and ensure alignment with goals and expectations
- Review project deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and completeness
- Gather and communicate feedback clearly and effectively to keep projects moving forward
- Participate in prioritization discussions and help manage shifting deadlines and deliverables
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues when needed
