CLIENT REQUIRES AN IN PERSON INTERVIEW AT 3PM MON-FRI -- A PHONE OR ONLINE INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. IF YOU CANNOT ACCOMMODATE, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT.
- 26-52 week contracts
- This position is for day shift, 4 days per week, M-Th 8 hrs/day.
- Candidate must clear the state run Criminal History Form before starting. This can take up to 4 weeks to clear, so please express patience during this process.
Qualifications:
- Licensed rehabilitation care practitioners
Duties:
- Independently administers Physical Therapy and provides treatment services to individuals with more complicated therapy needs.
- Collaborate with Director of RMU, Nursing Director, FHSD and medical staff.
- Attend bi-weekly Care conference
Referral Bonus: $250-$500 (each referral)
