Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 72 biweekly
Shifts Mon-Thurs 8:30 PM – 06:00 AM
Friday 8:30 PM - 07:00 AM
Saturday 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sunday 07:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Weekends: every other in the rotation
Holidays: every other rotation
Required Certs:
WI Pharmacist License
Required Education:
Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred not required
Minimum 1 years of inpatient hospital experience required
Charting: Epic required
