Hours: 40 Hours/Week
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) Circulator RN for a travel assignment at RiverView Health. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment, supporting a wide range of procedures.
Responsibilities:- Function as a Circulator RN in the Operating Room
- Ensure patient safety and maintain sterile environment
- Assist surgical team during procedures
- Document patient care accurately
- Coordinate with surgical staff for efficient workflow
- Minimum 1 year of OR Circulator experience
- Active RN License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required
- Strong experience across multiple surgical specialties
- Rotating 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
- On-Call Required: Late shift call rotation every 4th weekend
- Endoscopy (upper & lower)
- General surgery (open & laparoscopic)
- Orthopedics (including total joints & sports medicine)
- Spine procedures
- Podiatry
- OB/GYN (including C-sections)
- Cardiac procedures (pacemaker insertions)
- Pain management
- Floating may be required based on facility needs
- Fast-paced OR environment with diverse case mix
Minimum 1 year of OR Circulator experience
Active RN License
BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required
Strong experience across multiple surgical specialties
