Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on GI equipment experience (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Strong critical thinking & patient assessment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Active RN license (state or compact → must transfer within 60 days)
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
Good Fit Candidate - Someone who:
- Has Endoscopy / GI lab experience
- Is comfortable handling technical equipment independently
- Can manage on-call responsibilities
- Works well in a procedural team-based environment
