Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support Operating Room procedures. This role involves scrubbing, maintaining sterile environments, assisting surgeons, and ensuring all surgical equipment is properly prepared and functioning.

Responsibilities
• Assist surgeons during procedures (scrub role)
• Maintain sterile field and ensure OR readiness
• Prepare and handle surgical instruments and equipment
• Support patient preparation and intra-operative care
• May precept new staff as needed

Requirements
• NBSTSA or NCCT Certification required
• BLS certification required
• Travel experience required
• Strong experience in Orthopedic procedures
• Experience with Da Vinci surgical system required
• Must have scrubbing experience
• Knowledge of sterilization, cleaning, and disinfection protocols
• Completion of pharmacology course or medication competency exam
• Ability to arrive within 30 minutes when on-call

Schedule Details
• 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Weekend, holiday, and call required
