Help Build Cadillac’s New U.S. Formula 1® Team
Talent Works is partnering with Cadillac to build their brand-new, American-led Formula 1® team, and we’re looking for an experienced recruiter to help shape their commercial, partnerships, and marketing functions from the ground up.
This is a rare chance to combine the energy of a brand-new F1 program with the support, culture, and infrastructure of a leading RPO provider.
About the Role
Based in Fishers, Indiana, you’ll lead full lifecycle recruitment and work directly with senior stakeholders inside Cadillac’s F1 program. As the team scales quickly, you’ll influence hiring strategy, process, and delivery during a defining moment for U.S. motorsport.
What You’ll Do
- Run vacancy briefings and partner with business leaders.
- Build structured hiring processes and assessment methods.
- Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver reporting, insights, and market intelligence.
- Handle sourcing, screening, engagement, and offer management.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with our UK team to share best practices.
What You’ll Bring

- Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise.
- Experience recruiting across commercial, marketing, or partnerships roles.
- Background in motorsport, sports, automotive, or fast-paced industries (a plus).

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
