- Lead safety programs aiming for zero accidents and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety rules.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote long-term employment.
- Minimize scrap production and maximize conforming production.
- Optimize processes for cost control and value-added activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls for inventory and financials.
- Recommend improvements to machinery and manufacturing methods.
- Oversee resource allocation to fulfill production schedules efficiently.
- Guide managers and supervisors, providing necessary tools for success.
- Manage capital projects and equipment reliability.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
- 8 years of management experience in manufacturing
- Experience managing medium to large scale production environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
