- Lead Facility Operations: Manage daily production to meet delivery, quality, and safety standards.
- Drive Cost Efficiency: Monitor performance metrics to reduce operating costs and ensure budget adherence.
- Talent Leadership: Develop staffing strategies to build a strong and engaged workforce.
- Process Optimization: Implement initiatives for efficiency, material utilization, and waste reduction.
- Safety & Compliance Oversight: Promote a zero-incident culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to align plant functions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgets, forecasts, and capacity plans.
- Asset and Infrastructure Management: Ensure maintenance of systems and machinery to prevent downtime.
- Customer & Supplier Interface: Act as a liaison for client visits and supplier relationships.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide insights and reports on KPIs, cost trends, and compliance status.
Your Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with expertise in production, maintenance, and finance.
- Proven success managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and operational KPIs.
- Experience in plant commissioning or start-up environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and lean manufacturing.
