HR Generalist

Join our client's team to support crucial HR functions. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, and effective workforce management, contributing significantly to our operations.

• Administer employee leave programs, including documentation, tracking, and manager guidance.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to align HR processes with plant operations and production schedules.
• Oversee Workers' Compensation claims, coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely reporting.
• Generate workforce reports and dashboards for leadership review, focusing on turnover, safety metrics, and compliance indicators.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy for 400 employees, including records, job changes, and employment status updates.
• Develop and maintain documentation and tools to enhance HR operations efficiency.
• Validate post-payroll results.
• Conduct structured onboarding and exit interviews to assess employee integration and feedback.

• 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with payroll administration, HRIS management, and compliance-focused HR functions (UKG Ready preferred).
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of employment law compliance and HR policies.
• High attention to detail, discretion, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, employees, and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business preferred.
