HR Generalist

Our client seeks a dynamic professional to support their HR operations across designated U.S. regions, focusing on 24/7 manufacturing environments. This role involves leading HR practices, providing day-to-day support, and fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with management to enhance employee relations, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

• Manage HR operations, including policy administration and program implementation.
• Facilitate communication between employees and managers to resolve HR issues.
• Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, recruitment, and employment status changes.
• Support compensation evaluations and department restructuring.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Prepare internal communications regarding compensation, benefits, and policies.
• Conduct compliance audits and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
• Participate in and lead associate committees and HR projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in employee relations and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to ethical practice and cultural awareness.
