Our client is seeking a skilled professional to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions. Collaborate with the MES architect to ensure seamless integration with hardware and software systems, supporting enterprise-wide goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance software systems for manufacturing in an agile setting.
- Contribute to solution design and analysis.
- Integrate shop floor systems with custom and off-the-shelf solutions.
- Provide system support and meet KPIs, including after-hours support.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
- Document technical issues and solutions.
- Adhere to SDLC, agile methodologies, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or related field.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
- 2 years interfacing with manufacturing control systems, automation systems, PLCs, or OPC data transfer.
- Proficient in multi-tiered architecture using C#, XAML, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and large volume data processing.
- Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to support software systems in a global manufacturing context.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML, and Pipelines is preferred.
- Experience with Service Fabric, SSIS, Angular, and AngularJS is preferred.
- Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLCs and RSLinx software is preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows mobile applications and Industry 4.0 is preferred.
