What Youβll Do
- Drive new business revenue through outbound prospecting, client meetings, and closing opportunities across a greenfield territory.
- Build awareness within target accounts and identify high-value opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including procurement and budgeting processes.
- Understand customer challenges related to AI development and quality assurance, and effectively position platform capabilities to address those needs.
- Identify compelling customer pain points and business use cases that drive urgency and adoption.
- Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Operate with strong ownership, execution discipline, and autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to broader company success beyond core sales responsibilities.
What Weβre Looking For
β 5 years of enterprise or mid-market outside sales experience
β Proven success in outbound lead generation and enterprise deal closures
β Experience selling developer tools, QA tools, or engineering-focused technology solutions
β Experience engaging with Heads of Engineering, Developers, QA teams, and executive leadership
β Strong ability to communicate business value and ROI
β Startup experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
β Strong negotiation and closing skills
β Familiarity with cloud and on-prem enterprise technology solutions
